Order and Shipping Information
Orders cannot be canceled once the payment is submitted, so make sure you double check your items. We process orders every day and our goal is to ship all orders within one business day; consequently orders cannot be canceled, held or combined with other orders once they are paid. As soon as an order is processed you will receive an email notification with tracking number(s) and/or customs declaration notifications.
Stock availability shown on this website is for your reference only. While we strive to provide the most accurate stock and availability information, it may have changed from the time you added an item to cart and the time your order is processed. Please email us at sales@thefavoritespot.com to request information regarding specific product availability. We reserve the right to cancel any orders. Customers will be notified by e-mail of any cancellations.
Customers within the 48 contiguous United States can choose from several UPS and USPS services. All other customers can choose from several different USPS services. Use the shipping calculator in your cart to estimate shipping charges before entering a payment method.
Sales Tax
Because our offices and warehouse are located in Texas we are required to charge sales tax to any orders shipped to Texas. The rate is currently 6.25%.
International Orders
Orders shipped outside of the US will almost always be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when they arrive. Unfortunately, TheFavoriteSpot.com has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs laws and fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. Also, because we are a retail store, we are NOT able to mark orders as 'Gifts' for customers to avoid paying these fees.
Return Policy
Returns or exchanges will be accepted within 30 days from your date of purchase. All returns MUST receive approval from TheFavoriteSpot.com or they will not be accepted. Email sales@TheFavoriteSpot.com for return authorization – please include:
• your name
• order number
• manufacturer’s part number
• reason for return.
For items damaged during shipping please notify us at sales@TheFavoriteSpot.com. Make sure to keep the damaged shipping box until you receive other instructions.
Every item we offer is brand new and is sold in the manufacturers original factory sealed package. TheFavoriteSpot.com cannot be responsible for manufacturers’ quality control issues. If you believe you have a product with a factory defect please contact Customer Service to resolve the issue. You may need to return the item directly to the manufacturer.
